Deskripsi Pekerjaan- Develop campaign content for media: SMS/Email/Push Notification/WA
- Prepare creative concept contents and brief to be coordinated with the graphic design team, based on business strategy/objective
- Develop Customer Engagement innitiative programs/campaigns/events, and collaborate with other teams for the activation including member exclusive events
- Conduct competitor research and benchmarking to get market insights
- Analyze and produce regular reports on campaigns' performance for improvements
- Responsible for budgetting and inventory management of customer engagement campaigns

- Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably from Marketing related major
- Have min. 2 years experience in CRM/Customer Engagement field
- Experienced in developing campaign content and programs
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
- Highly creative
- Analytical mindset with exceptional critical thinking capabilities
- Demonstrate ability to convey a sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, proactive attitude, and must be able to thrive in a varied and fast paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM Platform (ie: Salesforce) is a plus!
