Making chocolate brownies from scratch is easier than you might think. Follow these simple steps to create a batch of delicious homemade chocolate brownies.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

2. Melt the Butter. In either a microwave-safe dish or using the stovetop method, transform the butter into a completely liquid state. Allow it to cool slightly.

3. Combine the Wet Ingredients. In a separate mixing bowl, blend together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until they are thoroughly mixed.
